Rental rates include: meet and greet at the ferry in St. John, mid-week maid service and concierge service during your stay from our on-island property manager. Bed linens, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, WiFi internet, kitchenware, and much more are all available for your use at the villa.
A non-refundable deposit of half the rental rate is required to reserve your stay and payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. 8% VI tax is not included in rates above. Rates are subject to change at any time. To reserve, please call 617-429-6182 or email info@florianvilla.com.
