Florian Villa is owned by a couple from Boston and is located on Gift Hill, just off of Gift Hill Rd. (aka Rt. 104). The villa is spacious and has West Indian style decor. High on Gift Hill, you'll enjoy ocean breezes, spectacular views of St. Thomas, and breathtaking sunsets. The location is centrally located for easy access to Cruz Bay, beaches, grocery store, water sports and hiking trails. Stays at Florian Villa also help to support the owners' charity, Florian's Causes, for families of firefighters who have died in the line of duty and wounded Marines.
